By 1995, the foundation had implemented , through the engineering studies office in Sidon which is under the management of Deputy Bahia Al-Hariri, many palaces and villas including the palace owned by Mr. Shafiq Al-Hariri; a brother of the late martyr , Rafiq Al-Hariri.

The circle of the projects implemented by the foundation has been expanding permanently as well as the number of the workers there. By that time, the villa owned by Deputy Bahia Al-Hariri, was repaired and the gypsum decorations have been redesigned in a modern style. Also, many luxurious villas have been implemented professionally and creatively. Some of those villas include the villa owned by the former head of Sidon municipality, Mr. Ahmed Qalish. Moreover, some embassies  were decorated with gypsum such as the Saudi embassy in Beirut and the Bulgarian embassy in Al-huzamiah. Many villas owned by former ministers and deputies were also decorated with gypsum and the following table is to mention the implemented works.

One of the most significant and beautiful projects by Hatem Daou Decoration is Al-Hariri Mosque in Sidon. This project has been implemented under the supervision of the engineering studies office related to AL-Hariri establishment and Oger Liban, and the execution of Geneco company.
